As you watch the video, here are two things to think about:

- What strategies could you use in your program?
- How did the girls support or [rebel] against teamwork during this activity?
Teamwork skills are highly valued in engineering. Becoming a good team member, like becoming a good engineer, takes practice. Think about how you can set up engineering activities so that youth can experience working in a team and develop strategies to be productive team members.
